    Need help...

    Hi, I recently bought a 1999 Ford Ranger XLT with the 4.0L V6. Need some help diagnosing the noises I'm hearing. When I put it into any gear I hear a ticking noise. I know it's not the engine because it only does it when the transmission is engaged. I also get an occasional "thud" sensation...
