    04 XLT Front Wheels Binding and Racheting

    When I use 4wd high or low when turning I get a binding and racheting noise from the front end. It sounds like a spline or a gear is skipping a tooth, there is also a whining sound coming from the front end when turning in 4wd? If 4wd left on Auto no noise or binding.

    The box that directs air to the vents, floor or defroster, the rod has broken off the actuator. The actuator moves when you move the switch to floor, vent etc. how do you replace that rod to reconnect to the actuator?
