I have a 96 Explorer XLT and the power steering fluid is squirting out the vent hole in the cap while truck is running. It also whines pretty bad while turning. The engine light is on for a leak in the EVAP system. I checked the fuel cap and that wasn't the problem. I don't know what else to check.
