    99 explorer - no turn signals or flashers

    Hey everyone, new to the boards here. Title says it all. Ive checked every fuse, relay, and diode under the hood and by the door. Everything else works great. Juat purchased thia low mile gem on friday. Any help is greatly appriciated. Thanks!
