I have a 2013 Explorer with 20k miles, the last couple days I have noticed a whirling/slight rattling/whining noise coming from the passenger side front wheel well. I have looked under the hood in the area of the serpentine belt but dont notice anything unusual. Could a belt go bad at 20k miles...
