    Stupid Person Coolant Question

    Ok don't hurt me, but I have a question about putting coolant in the coolant overflow....It says cold fill, with a arrow in between cold fill that points to a line. Am I suppose to fill exactly to the bottom of the arrow, where it points down, or do I fill above the bottom of the arrow?? 2000...
