Having issues with my Explorer. At first I lost all gears. Shifter moved but no engagement. I pumped some new fluid into the transmission and wheels started turning. Now it's working when warmed up. But after it sits and cools down won't engage until pressure builds up. Engine revs...

ok at first I lost all gears shifter moved by no engagement. I pumped some new fluid into the transmission and the wheels started to turn. Now it works great once warmed up. If it sit for a while it doesn't engage until I rev the engine up a few times to build pressure. Ideas...
