2004 ford explorer Just hear clicking when trying to turn over

ford explorer 2004 won't turn over
Not sure where to start any help or suggestions would help. 2004 explorer electric i think
alright so i have a 2004 2 wheel drive explorer and i had a blow out and it ripped off turning signal wire and others conecting to bulb socket then fuse blew cause wires broke i fixed the turning signal respliced some wires replaced turning signal fuse but some other problems occured and im...- frylockxxx

2004 dash lighting
my dash lighting is out. i checked the fuse pages and couldnt find it http://schematicdiagrams.net/images/1/ford-explorer-2004-fuse-map.png theres the diagram anyone know the fuse or switch- frylockxxx
