    Can't remove Fuel filter

    (Admittedly, I'm not the best mechanic.) But on my old Mazda B3000 the fuel hose was just pushed over the ends of the fuel filter and clamped into place. My '98 Explorer has clamps plus.....a hose attachment that won't pull off and doesn't seem to be affected by attempting to unscrew it...
