    runs bad when raining

    my 1993 explorer v6 auto 4wd runs great in good weather, but, runs badly when it rains. it stalls, misses & is hard to restart. what could I look into to fix this problem? I was told that it could be my coil for the spark plugs ( not sure of the name) HELP!
