    help 89 ranger 2.3

    I have a New Ranger that sat for 8 years changed oil,spark plugs,gas filter Car cranks starts but at 3000 rpm,changed idle control and fuel pressure regulator along with air temp valve seems to have no vacum leaks,I started truck with no better luck. there is no black smoke or soot
