    Water temperature says cold, heat blows warm air

    I have a 1998 Ford Explorer 4.0L sohc. The water temperature gauge almost always read right on the C and will read operating temperatures almost at random. I do have hot air blowing and the thermostat was replaced today and it did not fix the problem, any ideas?

    Possible Flex plate failure? - help

    I drive a 1998 Eddie bauer 4.0l sohc with 4wd, about 5 months ago I changed the starter, and didnt have a problem with it until about 2 weeks ago when I noticed that when I turned it over and only when turning it over it would sound like someone was banging a hammer against my transmission...
