    02 front wiper issue

    Hello, I am having an issue with my front wipers. When I turn them on I can hear the motor start up, but no movement. However if you move the wiper blade about a quarter inch the motor takes over and completes the full back and forth motion. I tried searching the issue here but I can't seem...
