Ok on my 2004 explorer eddie bauer edition recently blew a heater hose connection at a T On the passenger side and over heated the engine.
I Repaired the connection and refilled the radiator and there are no leaks anywhere.
The clutch fan Seems firm and good when cold.
But it over heats...
I have read a couple threads but doesn't seem to cover my engine.
My 2004 explorer has the 4.0 with throttle run by wire not cable.
It doesn't look like a super hard job but I would like to know what tools are needed and especially what tools are needed for the egr line.
