    2004 ford explorer wont start

    Battery good, new starter,all fuses and relays good. The only way to get started was to hold key in start position and rapidly turn steering wheel back and forth. That trick quit and new trick was to lower steering column and slam back in position. Now that trick fails and explore will not start...
