    2002 explorer turn signals

    Turn signals stopped working, but flasher still work. All bulbs are good, fuse is good, wires look good, changed turn signal lever unit (did not fix problem). Are there two separate units within the flasher/Turn signal relay switch on the back side of the fuse panel under the dash?
