    Passenger window will roll down but not up

    My boyfriend is currently at work and just messaged me saying that the passenger window won't roll up, he tried using the drivers side switch aswell. It goes down,, but not back up.. It's a 2001 explorer sport 2 door if that helps any! Please help as we are expected to get 8 inches of snow...
