My son has a 99 4x4 Ranger and it will not go into 4 wheel drive. We jacked the truck up and shifted into 4x4 and noted that everthing is turning except the hubs. The shift motor is working, the transfer case is operating the fwd drive shaft is turning but the hubs are not locking & engaging...
