    Stalling at Idle

    91 Explorer- will not idle without foot on throttle. Without throttle, will lose power at 1000 RPM, and stall, after putting severly. Sounds like there is a vacuum leak under hood- when shut truck off it makes a squealing/whoosing sound. What gives? Any help? Thanks!

    HELP!
