    Humming noise coming from the Air Cleaner Tube.

    Got a 98 explorer 4.0 Not SOVC When the car get hot theres a loud .. reallyyyyyy loud humming noise .sounds like a tornado siren,,When I take off the Air tube from the air cleaner it is really loud,,,coming from somewhere inside the tube...It only makes it when it Idels.please someone let me...
