i took the actuator apart, cleaned it up, and still it is not working. so i pulled it out, put 12volts directly to the motor, and the thing was spinning fine. so from here i did all the necessary tests with the ohmeter, from dr. bobs thread, everything checked out as far as where i should...

the three wires coming off the 4x4 shift actuator that go to the t-case, do they all have to be cut? i know the brown one does, but what about the other two that go to that little switch? does that unplug? any info would be appreciated.
