    Jacking w/running boards

    Yet another stupid question. This 2002 I bought used came w/o an owners manual. Where do I put the jack if I have OEM running boards? I tried putting it under the frame, which works, but I can't use the proper handle that way. What am I missing? Hey I never said I was smart.

    I'd like to resurrect this thread http://www.explorerforum.com/forums//archive/index.php/t-136154.html I'm not clear on what the final consensous was: (1) keep banging away with a 5 lb. persuader or (2) unhook the parking brake cables. Is there an adjusting pawl of some sort? Anyone...
