    Just rebuilt my 5r55e and have a question

    It is not too easy to turn the input shaft, it takes a pair of vise grips to turn it. Then it is not too bad, it is tight but turns without straining. Is this normal due to the dragging of the clutches. 2n question. I need to adjust the bands now and I see that the 95-98s require 2.5 turns...
