    Odd problem with vent fan..think its a fuse?

    I have a 95 4x4 XLT 4 door explorer with an odd vent fan problem....the AC/Heat fan will work only on the highest setting, notch 4 but on none of the others! The ac air is cold and it works on both MAX and AC but only at the highest setting. I think it may be a fuse, but dont no where to start...
