    Loss of power

    I have a 1991 explorer 5 speed manual. Lately i have noticed when driving it is having a problem with loss of power at about 3000 rpm, backfires a little when it does this. It is fine in neutral and you take it up over 3000, just when it is under load i have problems. Could this be converter?

    coolant leak

    I need help! I have coolant leaking into the engine somewhere, how do you test to see exactly what is leaking? Smokes like hell when you start it up, but after you drive it a few minutes doesn't smoke. what could it be. Thanks Kevin

    need help with tune-up

    I have a 91 4x4 , during the summer i was getting good gas mileage. But now that it has cooled off it has dropped to around 10 to 13 mpg, it also seems to really suck the gas when it sits and idles. any suggestions?
