    Spare Tire Rod Missing

    I just got a 1998 explorer and it is missing the rod that lowers the Spare. There is a jack and the lug wrench part, but it is missing the other part. Where, and for how much, can I get a replacement? Can I get something else to do it. Screwdriver/tire iron...??
