I went to try and get my x inspected yesterday and because the rear wiper motor doesn't work they told me they couldn't pass me for inspection. Does anyone know if I really need my rear wiper motor to work to pass inspection in ny?
I have a 98 explorer and when I go to stop sometimes my rpm's drop and I almost stall. I think it is the throttle position sensor but I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this?
