    Spark Plugs and Transmission Fluid

    I have read the owner's manual for my 2002 with V8/5spd auto, and it indicates changing the plugs at 100k miles and the xmission practically never. This seems nuts! I bought it at 48K, and it now has 72k. Shouldn't I change both? I mean, come on, how can plugs really last 100k? And like it...
