    Can't Open Driverside Door

    I am trying to sell a 1998 Explorer Sport for a friend who is out of the country, and for some reason the driverside door will not unlock or open. I know that there could be a variety of problems...the locking mechanism, the latch, a relay, etc. but I don't even know how to begin to work on...
