    cant remove bottom bolt of the coil pack

    1993 Ford Explorer im changing the gaskets of my intake manifold, and cannot remove the bottom bolt of the ignition coil unit, i know its an 18 mm bolt, but cannot use a monkey wrench because there isnt any room to spare. please help, im stuck. Thanks for the quick reply
