    Alternator HELP!!!

    ok i got the old one off and the new one on, but now the ####n belt is given me ****, i cant get the belt to loosen up, i tried to follow the diagram thats just under the hood of the car of how to loosen and tighten the belt but that **** didnt help me one bit, can someone please...
