    Vibration when hitting 3rd at 40 to 45

    I have a 97 5.0 AWD and I am getting a short sharp vibration from the front passenger side when i hit 40 to 45 miles and hour and it shifts to 3rd gear. It almost feel like when you hit the rumble strips on the shoulder of the highway. Any ideas? I have crawled uder and looked for anything...

    Hello all, running around in a 97 5.0 AWD in New Jersey. Bought it used 3 years ago and is one of the best vehicles ive ever owned (and ive had a few). Want to do a few mods to her, AWD to 4WD, lift it just a little and a few others that will help when I tow my camper. Don
