    Viscous coupling?

    I have a 2002 Explorer. From researching this site it sounds like my viscous coupling is locked up, but not sure if I have one. All the posts I read on viscous couplings mention AWD vehicles. Is mine considered AWD? I have 3 push button selections , "4wd auto" , "4wd hi" and "4wd lo". Symptoms...

    02 Explorer 4wd woes

    Just doing a little cruising around your site trying to figure out a no 4wd issue on my wifes 02 Explorer- Most posts direct me towards 4x4 CM - Some say behind the glovebox and others state that it is behind the passenger side kick panel - Any idea as to which is correct? A lot of good info...
