My 2001 Ranger's Windshield wipers and washer fluid not working. All fuses ok, and replaced the switch on Column still not working. Night before problem started my interior light stayed on and I pulled the bulb, so the battery wouldnt run down over night. Next moring I had my problem with wipers.
