    Flashing o/d light

    My 2002 Ranger has had an occasional flashing o/d light. When this happens I pull over to the side of the road, shut it down and restart. The light returns to normal for several weeks after this has been done. I have read where this could be a speed sensor that needs cleaned and remounted...
