I can't fill my 2002 Explorer XLS at a normal pace at the pump. If I fill at a normal pace it clicks the pump off like its full. Then it will start puking gas back out. The tank is not leaking and I just replaced the filter. Its been doing this for about 6 months now and I'm sick of spending 20...
