    Brake Light Problems

    When my truck is off, the third brake light flashes. When I press the break pedal, only the third brake light comes one, the bottom two do not. Anyone else know what this is all about, I have checked fuses and connections that I can get to. Help before I get rear ended!

    I am in the process of upgrading my 1998 Explorer XLT, and have installed a trailer hitch. (no factory tow package) I need to connect a harness to allow for lights, but have heard from a few sources that Explorers have a "delicate" wiring system and you cannot just add the harness in the rear...
