    Engine won't turn off 1995 Ranger

    I hope this isn't a stupid question...but I have a 1995 Ford Ranger XLT, the ignition switch will start the car without any problem, BUT I turn the key to off, the engine keeps on running. To turn it off I have to open the hood and remove a relay. Anyone have an idea on how to fix it?
