    98 Explorer stalling at idle

    My daughter has a 98 Explorer with a 6 cylinder. Yesterday, it showed a check engine light. Had code read & changed the Bank 2 position 1 O2 sensor. Disconnected the battery for 1/2 hour. No more check engine light but now after driving about 15 min., the idle will drop & it dies when stopping...

    Hello to all. My 19 Yr old daughter just bought a 98 XLT w/104,000 miles & I found this site while looking for info on a low idle/stall when warm problem. I haave found lots of useful info here including where to find her keyless entry security code. Thanks to all & I will continue to visit here...
