    Idle Air Control System issue

    The facts: 2005 Explorer XLT, 4.0, 85,000 mi. Check engine light came on. Code is P0506 (idle air control system RPM lower than expected). It seems I don't have an idle air control valve on my model year. One site said to clean the MAF sensor. I did that yesterday. The code is still on...
