Newbie to site! Girlfriend's 2004 XLT will not start. Key turns on electronics okay. Battery measures 12V. Starter/solenoid assy tested good when taken in for evaluation. Not sure about about the SecuriLock anti-theft. The light isn't flashing. Removed the fuse to see what happened to the PATS...
