    They don't have to open the rear wall...unless you want that stock sub out for some reason. All it requires is one cable to be left unplugged and it's fine. I'm just going by how mine was done so maybe you're wanting it done some other way.

    The factory speakers are hooked to the factory deck. Unless you get higher rated speakers than your new deck can handle they can just hook into the new deck also. Whoever you're having install this, honestly, should know the drill and should be able to look up exactly what's in your truck...

    This sounds like the same problem I was having when I did my system. If you got a new amp and subs then there's not much point that the installation place needs to get at the stock amp. They should know what they are doing in order to wire everything correctly. Maybe find a different store...

    Yes it's a digital voltage reader...allows you to hook more wires into the terminal of different sizes.
