    04 Explorer LTD transmission jolt in reverse

    I have an 04 Eddie Bauer and sometimes when I go from Park to Reverse, it'll just sit there and I have to step on the gas pedal a little to rev the engine then it slams into reverse hard. Not sure what is going on, but it can't be to good. I have an extended warranty, but they won't fix anything...
