    '01 wheels on '04 EB?

    Well, the guy with the 2nd gen wheels flaked, so I guess I'm sticking with the stock rims. Bums me out. I got all jazzed on that look! Anyway- I'm going to go with 265/65/17 Geolanders. At least as of right now! The other drag about sticking with the stock wheels is the lack of cheap tires...

    Thanks for the input, folks... I'm going to get the rims today, and some 245/65r16 tires with only a few thousand miles on them. I don't know what brand yet, but I don't really care at this point. If they're really the original tires from his '04 Silverado, I guess they're Duelers. Anyway...

    Turns out the wheels are from a 2000. I assume it's the same story though? By sticking out, is it safe to assume there's not going to be a clearance issue? What's the biggest tires folks have put on 16" rims on a 3G?

    Howdy! I'm new to this forum (OK reading for a while, just registered yesterday!) I hate to start out with a question, but I'm kind of in a pickle. I tried the search, but perhaps my google-fu isn't what it used to be. I'm wondering if the 16" rims from a 2001 will fit well on a 2004 EB...
