I hit the crown nut attach in the tie rod end on a 1999 Ford Explorer and got stock,the tie rod is loose but the bolt spin with the stock nut,what can I do?

How to take out the upper bolt that holds the upper bolt joint,when the head was peel and the other end was broke.Should I drill it out? Please reply! Thanks!

Thanks for reply,I been trying but is like seal it there,I spray it with pb blaster spray,and still no improove. I will let it set for tonight and try tomorrow.If any other sujestion let please let me know.
