    Thanks for the Response Brooklyn Bay Yes, the vehicle does have electronic climate control. The fan comes on as soon as the vehicle is started and only runs on 'high'. I can't turn it off or down. Had this fixed once before at a Ford dealer in WI. I called them today and he gave me the part...

    Blower Fan Constantly on 'High' I have a 2000 Explorer 'Limited'. In the summer of '07, the blower fan started running on 'High' when I started the vehicle. Took it to the dealer in Wisconsin and they put in part XL2Z19E624AA. He called it a 'resistor' on the bill. Everything worked fine...

    I am a new member from Sebastian, FL. I just retired and drove my 2000 Explorer Limited from WI to FL. The vehicle is great, but I am having trouble (2nd time) with a blower that constantly stays on 'High' as soon as the vehicle is started. I am hoping to find a solution on you fine forum.
