    Check Engine Light

Lately my 2002 ST w/ 70K miles hasn't been wanting to start from time to time and now the Check Engine Light is on. I have replaced both the PCV elbow and the intake module on the throttle body, maybe thinking it was a vaccum leak but it still is acting up. I also pulled a spark plug wire...

2001 Sport Trac 4x4 does not engage.

It's probably the 4x4 module. It's located inside the cab behind the kick panel on the passenger side. First try unplugging the module and cleaning with contact cleaner and plugging back in a few times and see if that helps. That trick didn't work for me but it's worth a try. I had to...

What is a good price to pay?

I'm located in Indiana. I do know the 4 wheel drive won't engage but after looking through multiple treads it sounds like the module issue the ST's are known for. Should be an easy enough fix....knock on wood. I believe I will follow through will buying it.

    Is $7000 a good price for a 2002 ST 4x4 with 62K miles?
