okay so after further digging...It was a rocker arm issue.there were 3 rockers on the driver side that the pushrods were about to punch thru...I don't know why except maybe just steal pushrods on alum. rockers for so many miles,I went to my local junkyard and picked up 2 loaded rocker shafts and...

okay guys I put the new motor on and the 4wd works like a top!!!!!! :) Thank you for all your help...repinning the plug was simple and it was 3 wires but the brown was one......I'm pretty happy,now I will post in another Thread to try and get that pesky tick under the hood gone. again...

okay well I ordered my xfer case motor today,I pray thats all thats wrong with the 4wd,I think I'm gonna have to repin the plug with a couple wires according to the description...anyone know what thats about?
