so i installed the shift mod. and now my trans shudders on take off and shifts in and out of d to 2 constantly at higher speeds. it is adjustable but which way do i turn it ,and how much is a good start?

do i have a down stream O2 sensor? with the mileage (170k) and since i cant afford to replace the cat right now would my performance benefit from installing a temporary test pipe? and would my smoking from the shift modulator possibly clog the cat? thanks!

so i have deciced to go underneath to change my shift modulator and have to remove the exhaust. will hollowing my catylitic converter improve performance and will it impede any of my comp. controls and such. nothing under 95' has to get plugged in for inspection but check engine light cant be on!

non adjustable, should i have gone the other way? how long should it take to change? havnt been under there yet i have a van tying up shop space. is it the same as the turbo 350 pretty much?

thanks thanks for the input after reading the tranny section for a bit i realized that the vacumm mod. thingy was letting fluid be sucked right into the intake. what a great help this forum was i had been thinking for days "how am i burning trans fluid" and was starting to think the two things...

i cant tell wher my trans fluid is going!!! but every 100 miles or so i have to add 2 quarts so she'll move. since the fluid loss started it smokes out the tailpipe alot but how could i be burning tranny?
