I see. There are 3 bolts around the fuel neck. Then with the door open I can see some tabs that hold the assembly in. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the response. I didn't see anything when I open the fuel door. Do you mean on the back side of the sheet metal of the quarter panel?

My bolts were rusted on so badly that I had the cut the flange bolts. They're spring loaded, so that was fun.:splat: Then I had to drill out one of the holes on the manifold. It took me 3 hours to get everything out and 20 minutes to install the new exhaust. Winter in Wisconsin....

I opened my fuel door this morning and felt a pop. Now the fuel door won't stay closed.:mad: I suspect it's a broken spring or something like that, but it was not obvious how the assembly comes apart for me to look. The dealer$hip wants a little over $250 to replace the whole assembly...
